Newly imported skins should be set to visible

I think it should be changed so that newly imported skins are set to visible by default (like IPB 2), currently they are set to invisible by default upon import. Because, 9 chances out of 10 if you are importing a skin you probably want it to be visible (a new skin for your members to use). It's becoming annoying to have to toggle the visibility setting after every import.

Rikki disagrees. Generally he likes to check the skin out immediately upon import before all members are able to select it.
