You need to have an active license to view topics in that forum.

If you do (which you must have, if you are using IPB3.x), then login to the forums with the same email address you use in the client area.

If you don't then no one can assist you further.

I have 2 lifetime licenses but no active support. Yeah, it uses other email.

In any case, CSS changes should be provided just like template changes were, in same post.

Okay, logged in with account which uses same email as IPB customer. Same error. I registered with this email before buying IPB, could this be an issue? As you might see, I joined back in 2003...

No idea what's wrong. Can you just pm me CSS changes?
