Are you talking about meta tags? Just view the page source to see them. That's not really something you "see" as a user browsing the page, it's meant for programs that can read the source code.

well i thought you would add an input option in the ACP general settings sections that outputs to the header ! instead of having us manually add it to the skins surely LOL

Um, you don't have to manually add it to your skins. :huh: IPB generates this dynamically when viewing topics and forums, based on the topic/post content or forum/description content...

BUT ISNT THE index where google kinda lists your page?

Ideally, I'd hope, Google would index more pages than just your forum index.

But, if you are wondering how to add a meta tag to the forum index, this is not done automatically in IPB and would require some sort of skin change, yes.

i am sure u can add a textarea input to the settings in 5 min ;)
