On this site, support is only offered to folks with an active support contract either in the peer-to-peer support forums or by opening a ticket in your client center. If you do not have an active support contract, or you're not the alternate contact of someone with such a contract, then there is no support offered here for you and you'll have to look elsewhere for an answer to your question.
