A lot of times I find I need to upload a document that's already hosted on another website. Like a pdf file that needs discussion.

Would be nice to see an IPB feature that uploads from a url. That way I wouldn't have download and then re-upload again.

Might even be useful option for gallery too. Let's say I have an image from my personal site that I want to upload directly to gallery.
