I don't like darker background of icons. They could have same background like member list, and/or icons could be little reorganized.

I like them as they are now, they look like buttons, which makes sense to me since the whole button area is actually a link.

The only thing I'm not fond of with the current design is that two of the buttons are deemed worthy of a label, and three are mystery icon buttons. I think they all need labels, personally...
