Posted April 24, 200915 yr Last night I paid $250 USD's for your Community Package including a IP.Board, IP.Blog, and IP.Gallery. Now, I come on here to log-in and I see my account not be given the red "+" symbol next to my username that states you are a customer. Is it because I used a different E-Mail address for purchasing than this account, or is it something else? Because, I want to use all the expected features on this board as well if I paid for the software. My purchase was processed and approved early this morning around 5 hours after purchase. Help, CDMS
April 24, 200915 yr same here. I dont think that they have implemented that group yet. As far as I can see no one has that status yet.
April 24, 200915 yr It might take a bit of time for it to be set up on the board. Try opening a support ticket if you like.
April 24, 200915 yr Your account status here, as you guessed, is tied to your email addresses matching. You will need to login with the same email address you used to purchase the software. If you don't wish to lose your current account here, we can merge the two accounts. Just submit a ticket. :)
