I was doing a bit of testing with the new version of IPB 3 and I noticed that the current skin does not render properly in many older browsers. I understand that the skin is still a work-in-progress, but when it is finalized, what are the lowest browser versions it will be designed to support?

It will fully support IE7+, Safari 3+, Firefox 2+ and Opera 9.5+. It will be functional on IE6 but we aren't aiming for 100% perfection with it.
