my problem is id like to become a +Active member but i dont know how to go about it, ive already raised a support ticked with no reply.

its probably stairing me in the face but could someone tell me how to go about it please?

just to add i am an invision customer and have renewed licences for two forums

You have to login here with the same email address/password as you use for the client area. If you are, try logging out and back in - if that don't fix it, you'll have to wait for your ticket to be handled so a staff member can take a look at your account.
