This is what I want.

When you create a new category, I would like to be able to set alla permissions for all usergroups. Then all forums created under would inherit the permissions.

In the forum permission view it would state that it ineherits the rules from the parent/category. Then you could go in and change the settings for that specific forum. That would also have som sort of visual confirmation so it is easy to see if it has special rules or is as the parent.
