bfarber
IPB3 will include right-to-left support upon release, but this will be dependent upon third parties (I'm afraid none of us here understand RTL languages or can ensure that everything is looking and displaying properly, so we are going to get someone to assist with this). I can't say when exactly. We urge everyone NOT to start translating 3.0 yet anyways, because the language packs WILL be changing.

Vince G.
Like brandon said there will be support for RTL basically each language will have another option like "use rtl skin with this language?" once that is checked members that using that language the system will load another CSS file that will re-align everything. This should work for the default skins but the authors of other skins should be aware of this too for the customers who uses RTL (despite the fact that there are very few customers who use RTL skins and actually buy skins <_< )
bfarber
Basically, each language can be set as an "RTL" language. When this happens, the skin will load an additional CSS file (rtl.css, or something like that), which should cover everything needed to realign things right to left. More details later. ;)
Vince G.
I Assume each skin will need to have it's own rtl.css file? or will be something that comes by default? Cause i am sure there will be skins that will use other classes then the default ones used by IPB. So each author will need to make one per skin? Yes each skin will have an rtl.css but 99% of skins will likely not need to do anything with it.
