On 2.3.* , we could edit poll votes on each questions, after we edit, "total votes" does not change
It is really wield that people could increase/decrease votes for each options, but total votes stay the same

totally un-logical

reasons why we edit votes are various such as old people do not really care to use computer and they are our members in physical world and want to vote too. I personally don;t think IPS should really care "why" as IPS provides forum system "skeleton", NOT "behaviour control" class.

Also, please allow guest to vote, make it a "option"

Again, it is really down to personal choices of whether to allow it or not, so please make system NO restraint

It is very unlikely that there will any updates to 2.3 at this point. IPB 3.0 is due out very soon.
