Hello, I just purchased a licence, but when I go to "Your Downloads" it displays an error
How Can I be activated?
Maybe 'cause today is a holiday and they had no time to 'promote' your account.
But I need it :( :( :( :(

Normally it takes them up to a day to confirm your payment. It took them about 10 minutes for me, but it could take them longer for you, seeing as today's a holiday.
If you are having a problem with your account, submit a ticket from your client area to the account assistance department. Do not try to contact an administrator on the forums.
The most likely cause is that your payment hasn't been processed yet, but the only way for us to investigate the problem is for you to submit a ticket.
I submitted a ticket already but no answer from billing dpt.
They might be closed for today as it is New Year's day.
