January 1, 200916 yr Normally it takes them up to a day to confirm your payment. It took them about 10 minutes for me, but it could take them longer for you, seeing as today's a holiday.
January 1, 200916 yr If you are having a problem with your account, submit a ticket from your client area to the account assistance department. Do not try to contact an administrator on the forums. The most likely cause is that your payment hasn't been processed yet, but the only way for us to investigate the problem is for you to submit a ticket.
