Outside of critical issues, we've been concentrating on IPB3 for a while now, not the website/client area.
Someone will look into them once IPB3 starts settling down, and critical issues are generally addressed. Most bugs are just minor CSS/skin issues that don't really impact the client area functionality itself.
OK, can we at least get a fix for the one where you can't change your email address or you lose all your tickets?
From my understanding in talking with Nakisha about this the other day, that doesn't always happen (it's actually somewhat rare), which makes it extremely difficult to track down.
I'm sure Josh can take another look at it when he comes back from his Christmas vacation. In the mean time, if you run into issues just submit a ticket and we will fix up everything for you.
