im dont understand how these boards work, but i want to know this:

lets say someone logged in forum admin acc and deleted all posts. If i want to restore it myself(without writing a ticket).
can i do that with these system backups? http://img76.imageshack.us/img76/3287/sscreenshot063di5.png (weekly, daily, daily.old, monthly) ? if no what these system backups restore? or i must do mysql database backup time to time, if i want to restore my posts?

You have to make backups yourself, but some hosts do it for you.

If you have the backups, you can restore them yourself.

System backups restore everything, mysql databases, actual PHP files, the whole lot.

how long does it takes to restore it for system, when you upload it and it says updating(or something like that)?

and when i download system restore, where should i upload it? theres no section restore system, theres only home dir, mysql and email separate.
