At the same time, we think it would be good to add any help sections that may be missing. Screenshots or images in there by default. Some moderator Help files would be awesome, its not that my moderators need help, they know how to mod but sometimes they can't find certain things and short of asking me they have no where to look. Use language variables in some help files. Like in the:http://forums.invisionpower.com/index.php?...DE=01&HID=7 Contacting the Moderating Team page. I think while screenshots would be helpful, it gets awkward with changing skins - would it be possible to show images, though, such as the actual button for report post, instead of saying "Click the report button". But in all honesty, one thing that confuses a lot of new users which I have seen is the quote / reply buttons. Probably should clarify which one does what.
