Some ideas I've had recently.

A New feature for POLLS
- Permissions:

+ guests can vote your poll? (YES | NO)
+ guests can see the results? (YES | NO)
+ members can vote to polls but can't see the results? (YES | NO)
+ prevent users from seeing voting results?

IPB Portal: Plug-in

+ add a quick login feature to IPB Portal
+ make a new custom part for advertisements

people sometimes want to see everyone's vote, it can be added to IPB 3 but if you are not going to use it, you will not have to..
