October 5, 200816 yr You still need to do one or the other. Not really, it has nothing to do with support, nor is it a bug with the software, nor is it the OP's problem anyway. These forums were getting driver and memory exhaustion errors this morning for a while - I assume they haven't totally fixed the problems yet.

Haha, I was going to mention that. They seem to only care about that section when someone makes a post complaining about it :P
