I use IPB 2.3.5 and im using English, Vietnamese in my forum
But "Quick Edit" path don't work with Vietnamese
When i click "Complete Edit", it just show a message "Loading. Please Wait..." and doesn't do anything. I can only use Full Editor.
My Forum charset is : utf-8
