suggestion for IPB 3: user feeds

Let users see what their friends are doing. This is best accomplished through feeds. Check out facebook user feeds. Their traffic went rapidly up after installing user feeds.

Of course their traffic went up, that is how feeds need to work.
I do not think that this is something that should be a core feature, I vote Modification.
