1. in the search page there will be an input if the topic has a attachmen
2. in the footer of all forum there will be an input of "hide closed topics" the default is no.. but you could choose in the acp if yes/no and the member could too.
3. organizing topics according to... like in vb (ajax function)

The search engine is already perform it automatically.

It can make it easy for IPB 3 :)

Not sure what you mean by "organizing topics according to...like in vb" but it's an ajax function and brandon (i think, don't kill me XD) said that ajax is very heavy & will take lots of CPU Resources.
