Currently birthdays aren't accepted if you leave the year out, I'd like to see it so you can show either your date of birth (with no year) or age (with no date of birth), a lot of people like to keep their age private, but currently their birthday's won't show up if that's the case...

Also, I'd like to see gender as a custom/editable profile field so it's easier to manage.

Honestly, we hadn't really discussed it. I don't really like the idea of adding a setting for something this small, but will discuss it with the rest of the team next week.
