Make an "Allow this group to see anonymous users?" setting

Currently only the root group has the ability to see anonymous users.. I'd like to see this moved as a per group setting.

+1 but have options to exclude groups from being seen as anonymous. :P

I have this installed as a mod at the moment but would be good to have it as part of the basic functionality.
