After having a rather harrowing weekend where my server was hacked and my IPB files corrupted, to top it off, I was also unable to access the IPB customer forums to get help. I was at the end of my rope, frustrated with tickets and blocked forums.
I just got off the phone with IPB support and I want to thank Nakisha for her quick resolution to my access problem. :wub:
Isnt she great? :wub: :wub: She tried to help me with a problem I was haveing with accessing my client area the problem was solved to my satisfaction I sure appreciated the quick responce to my ticket :)
I totally agree +1 im sure im giving her a headache as we speak lol
Nakisha is very good at what she does. A big kudos from me as well. :)
