hey i wanted to ask if there is a certificate of approval that could i get for distribute 1.3 OR 2.0 for free? because i've been translate all the files, include admin,install etc.. so i just to know if there is certificate of approval for distributing :huh: even in paid or some other solution.

It's illegal, no matter what. According to the EULA on the software it is not OK to use unless you get it direct from IPS. So the answer is that you may not distribute any version at all.

You may create a language pack and distribute that though.

You may not distribute any files for any version under our end user license agreement.
