Time Format Display

I'm suggesting an option to choose a 12 or 24 hours time format display ( like 8PM or 20:00)
I know it's something small but the members on my board have been asking about it and I miss this option too

Much of this can be done in the date and time settings.

Where you see "h" (i.e. in "jS F Y - h:i A") change it to a capital H. :)

h 12-hour format of an hour with leading zeros 01 through 12

H 24-hour format of an hour with leading zeros 00 through 23

granted there are areas that don't utilize these settings, but it will help at least somewhat.

Thanks for the reply bfarber , but from what I understand that will set the 24H format as a global board setting and I want to allow the members to choose which format they want use
