TrixieTang Posted May 12, 2008 Share Posted May 12, 2008 I purchased an IP.Board license on Saturday, I tried sending a support ticket on how to get customer status for my forum account, but the tickets aren't showing in my client area, are they supposed to? elj Posted May 12, 2008 Share Posted May 12, 2008 Yeah. Make sure you're submitting the ticket properly - it loads another page of Knowledge Base articles, you need to scroll to the bottom of there and submit it again. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
