Posted May 2, 200816 yr Hello I first reported this problem in MAY 2006!!! When I try to submit a ticket to the Hosting Department, it gets routed to: Service and Sales: Account Assistance. At the time, Debbie said it would get looked into, but it's still happening. I have a hosting issue now - my board has been down for at least 12 hours, although the server it's on was fixed some time ago. I have put in a ticket to the Hosting Department, but again it's been routed to: Service and Sales: Account Assistance so of course it won't get urgent attention, which I understand hosting issues normally do. It's now night time, so the sales/accounts department probably isn't being staffed. I do hope you will be able to resolve this glitch so that hosting tickets reach the Hosting Department in a timely fashion. P.S. After reading another topic, it appears my board has been down considerably longer than 12 hours.
May 2, 200816 yr Yesterday, I was able to enter an 'emergency ticket' for hosting. Today, that option was nowhere to be found. My ticket also was sent to the wrong department. At least I was able to phone in my 'emergency'. I too created a separate ticket to sort this out.
May 2, 200816 yr My ticket went to the wrong place last night as well, but site sorted itself out so I cancelled it
May 2, 200816 yr My site is back up. However I am not going to cancel the mis-directed ticket ( it is still unviewed) until this anomaly is corrected.
May 2, 200816 yr The issue with tickets redirecting to the wrong department should now be resolved and you should now see the hosting emergency option as well from the ticket screen.
May 2, 200816 yr That particular issue has indeed been resolved. There is still one more issue which needs correction. I will follow up via the ticket system.
