RSS feeds visible even if board is offline ....... I think nothing from the forum should be accessible t a visitor when board is turned off;ine.
Many a times for repair and security reasons board is turned offline. So if this is visivble then the purpose of offline board is defeated.

Isn't this more of a bug? Stick it in the tracker instead.
