April 16, 200816 yr You may want to try logging out of the forums, resources site and Client Area and then logging back in. If that doesn't work, you'll need to open a ticket in your Client Area so Customer Service can get the permissions corrected for you.
April 16, 200816 yr If you just purchased a product you have to wait for it to be approved so you can then be moved into the customer group thats most likely why you don't have access to it. Also check your client center e-mail and forum e-mail if they are different thats why. If you didn't purchase anything or were a former customer you will not have access.
