tresmom6
I've put in 2 tickets, sent out pms and we have been offline since 10pm last night with no response from anybody. We are paying for 3 dedicated servers and cannot afford to be offline for over 12 hours with no response from anybody. I do not like posting out on the forum, but nobody is responding to me so really not sure what else to do.
Alex
Its the weekend and the offices are shut, there is emergency technical support available at the weekends but the offices aren't actually open, so if someone pops on, they will look into it. I know that office aren't open, but this is emergency technical support. We have a very large forum (check us out on Big Boards) and IPB has always been good to us. I have always had nothing but nice things to say about IPB, but I need someone to get us up and running. We cannot afford to be offline until Monday. Mark
Make sure the ticket is going through to the emergency hosting support and not IP. Board support (that is, assuming it's a problem with Invision Hosting) IIRC, there may be an emergency phone number... check the knowledgebase for IP Hosting and/or your welcome E-Mail

I was going to edit my post, but I guess you guys disable that after a certain amount of time. Sorry for bothering you all on here. Have a great weekend! Teddy Rogers
That is a big forum you have there with lots of categories. You must have an army of mommies to work through that forum... Ted.
Dandy*
We at ChCMedia are having this problem too, could I trouble you to ask if you have received a response to your problem?
Whip Cracker
I'd love to know as well... just popped up tonight. Our forum's at www.camcrew.com.au in Australia.
AndyF
I'd love to know as well... just popped up tonight. Our forum's at www.camcrew.com.au in Australia. You need to either post in the IPS Resources section (for customer-to-customer support) or open a support ticket in the Client Center (for official support from an IPS technician) :)
Keith J. Kacin
I am going to close this topic off, as the original issue is fixed. Please note an 'IPS Driver Error' can be a number of things. There is no quick fix for all of them. If you are unsure what it is, and would like someone to look into it, please submit a support request ticket from your Client Area. We will be happy to look into it.
