Some guy with a very deep voice (I don't know his name because he didn't say who he was) helped me merge my 3 separate invoices that I was late on paying into one, which I just paid. I'm hoping that it will all be sorted by the time that they go home in an hour. Thanks for the speedy service, IPS! :)
