The support is amazingly fast. Allot faster than my hosts support of which I have to wait at least 12+ hours for a response. In my time being here so far, longest wait I can remember is a few hours. If not within the very hour I requested the support. Very nice. No complaints from me. Keep up the good work!

Your host might not be replying becuase it looks like their website doesnt work ;)

Agreed. (w00t) Best support I've ever seen. It's not that I'm an idiot par say, but I feel that I paid for the support, might as well get my moneys worth. o:) I think everyone thinks like that though. :huh:
