In the ACP -> Board Guidelines -> You can see the "registration terms" and the "conditions & guidelines".

I hope this option will be in the next IP.Board.

Looking at some topics but what's the point of this.. I don't have a problem with or without it there :)

Or you can actually hack the board to achieve this, Not need to implement this as a feature.
