[Suggestion] Hotkeys to move to next post and next topic

I want to be able to press the 'Z' key to go the next reply (so, scroll down to the next reply) ... and the 'X' key to go to the next topic (next newest).

Obstacle I see: if you quick-edit a post, or you quick-reply, then it might go to the next topic, post, etc.
