Well i had a problem in Converge todayIm starting this topic to say thanks for helping me on this problem.The staff members were Keith J. Kacin and Jason HIm so thankful at this serviceAll the bad things about Ips are not true they are fast on ticket times.And even though they are shut they still reply how good can that get.Thanks again
I second that. The staff here is great and the support they provide is very fast and extremely professional. Myself, I am a very happy customer. :)

I hate to join this..
You get what you pay for... simply.. (Don't take this the wrong way) It shows the level of friendliness and quickness IPB goes to help resolve a matter when one comes up.
It's nice to see this.
