Your ticket has just reopened with your reply.

Now that we have the correct FTP information, we can continue to look into this.

Your ticket was actively being responded to previously (17 replies in the past hour), so I do not believe it is fair to say the tech support is slow, especially with the times you mentioned. :)

We should get this sorted out for you as soon as possible.
