I put in a support ticket for a problem I was having today at 3:42PM and the last response from tech support was 4:28 when I was asked to check my ftp info and I did and I replied saying I did by no response from tech support.
Please note that our standards of service does state that tech support is a 48 hour turn around time. Noting that a technician replied in nearly 30 minutes, I'd say that's pretty acceptable myself. :)
We have no open tickets in the general support department right now.
Your ticket has just reopened with your reply.Now that we have the correct FTP information, we can continue to look into this. Your ticket was actively being responded to previously (17 replies in the past hour), so I do not believe it is fair to say the tech support is slow, especially with the times you mentioned. :) We should get this sorted out for you as soon as possible.
