As far as previous posts on the forum and from what I have seen around, as long as you dont remove it or make it unreadable you are ok.

Right. You can do what you want since you NEVER REMOVE OR ALTER the IPS copyright line.

Right alongs he dose not deleted it is fine. He is allowed to change the Licensed to: AnyName to removed it he has to paid for it to delete the copyright.

Yes, but unless he hasn't paid for copyright removal, he is not allowed to delete or alter the IPS copyright line in any way.

The licensed to line is an optional part of the copyright.. Controlled through the ACP as to whether it is shown or not.

By default, it is not. You have to make changes to have it shown.

I'm still not clear on this. CAN I, or CAN I NOT edit it? I wont be making any changes to the IPS Copyright, only putting it into a table.

you can not move it or remove it from the forums bottom line at all

You'll need to open up a ticket for that, or have the board owner do it.

As said before, the second "Licensed To:" line is optional and can be removed under a section in "Tools & Settings" (can't seem to remember which one off the top of my head). You cannot modify or remove the copyright line. The only thing you can do to the copyright line is remove the version number, which there is also a setting for that as well.

You can, however, have the copyright line removed if you bought a copyright removal license (additional to the board license).

Wow, like seven people completely missed the point! The question, from what I can decipher, is "are we able to restructure the layout around the Copyright segment of the forum in order to make it fit into our layout better. Does it have to be in the center of the bottom? Or can we move it to the left/right?"

Is that about it?

As long as it's still visible, the text or font color isn't altered, the links aren't altered - i.e. as long as it's still presented the same way it is by default - you're not gonna get yelled at for moving it to the left or right. ;) We really do have better things to do than tell a paying customer to move a copyright 40 pixels in one direction.

Uh... what about when the background is black? Would one leave the copyright black, or would they change it to white?

I would say one could change the color if the copyright was no longer visible due to the skin appearance.

It's a judgement call, but if the font color and background color are both black, you're not displaying our copyright.

You said not to change the color, but if the background was black, you'd have to change the copyright color to white in order to make it visible ;)
