Rikki Posted October 20, 2007 Posted October 20, 2007 Yes - we have techs working on tickets over the weekend (no phone support), although it may be slower than in during usual business hours :) Also, if your issue needs to be escalated to a developer or management, then it will be handled once the working week resumes :)
