Password reset for the client area login

Hi,

I'm trying to login on the client area, but I have lost my password. When I do the lost password and recieve the validation key and userid etc and do this tasks I get the error:

Error
An authentication error occured. Your member account has NOT been validated.

What should I do? No support avalible right now either. Anyone?
