POST requests from third websites

Hello,

Is it possible to add POST requests filtering from third party websites for abuse and potential POST attack control ?

Another forum software has a similar feature and returns this for third party POST queries.

"In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist."
