More Flexibility With User Groups

There are a lot of controls on the size of posts (in kbs) but they all affect the entire member group. I would love to see the ability to select specific controls per user group. For example

  • Size of post in characters/words or KB
  • Able to post images: yes/no
  • Able to post links: yes/no
  • Number of posts per day allowed: set specific number
  • Ability to edit title (rather than going with post count).
  • Etc.

My apologies if any of these have been introduced since v. 2.1.7 (which is what I'm currently using).
