Posted September 2, 200717 yr Hello.I have tried 3 times already to upgrade my forums to the latest release, after purchasing the script.1. I cannot send a ticket .. looks like it doesn't get sent. No confirmation about it being sent, doesn't appear in my list either2. the forum ipsbeyond doesn't allow registrations and I cannot search as guest.3. this is why I am aking for help here ;)My problem now: I wanted to convert www.martialartlinks.com/forums from 1.2 to the latest. It almost works well, but when I get to the end of the upgrade at something with caching, recounting whatever (after styles) I get this:mySQL query error: SELECT *, INSTR(',2,1,' , CONCAT(',',set_id,',') ) as theorder FROM ibf_skin_templates WHERE set_id IN (2,1) AND ( group_name='skin_boards' OR group_names_secondary LIKE '%,skin_boards,%' ) ORDER BY func_name,theorder DESCSQL error: in 'where clause'SQL error code: 1054Date: Sunday 02nd of September 2007 07:11:39 AMI have tried already for 3 times as I mentioned and it's not working.What would you advise me to do? I have 10 thousand posts and 500 members, I am not starting all over again, that's certain.Is there a possibility to install fresh the latest release and then have something to convert my old database? What can I do. I have lost 6 hours already playing with the script. September 2, 200717 yr No offense, please read my post:MY TICKET doesn't get sent. You have some issues on the main page. I also tried to report a board some days ago and it failed. September 2, 200717 yr IPS Beyond doesn't allow new registrations when you click on Register over there, no. You have to create your IPS Beyond account in your Client Center, and it's on the first page that you get presented to when you login.
