Copyright Violations, Non-Response

A couple of weeks ago I contacted Mark at the toll free customer service line to report copyright violations on a forum hosted on invisionzone.com, and he assured me that someone would get back to me promptly. If that had happened, I wouldn't be writing this today.

Who do I need to contact regarding this issue? The site has openly violated numerous copyrights owned by a site that I help manage, and I'd like to get the offending material taken down immediately.

Please, either respond to this post or send me either a private message or email and I will provide to you the information on the site. I'd list it in this post but I'd rather not give them any more traffic.
