Purchasing not working.

Well, when i went to purchase it today, i entered all the information in and so on, and when i entered my e-mail, it says this member is already registered in our database, please log in below, so when i went to log in, it sent me to a 404 file not found, and i was like whats happening, and when i tried purchasing with my other e-mail which wasn't registered here it also would not work, so what am i supposed to do?

Ok skip the below question as i have got the convertor all i need now is for me to be able to purchase IPB:)

Also another question, about Converting from MyBB to IPB, does it cost for me to convert from them? because when i was given a link to get the convertor, there is no download file, so what am i supposed to do, and when i looked on the IPB Site there is also nothing around the site saying there is a MyBB convertor but this link says there is one: http://forums.invisionpower.com/index.php?...p;#entry1491962 so i was wondering what should i do?.

For situations regarding such errors you need to either email sales@invisionpower.com or give them a call. You can be sure to get quicker results with a phone call. As for the MyBB converter, it is in that zip file on website. It's just not listed in the list shown on the page. If you have issues getting the converter, email conversions@invisionpower.com or submit a ticket once you get your account straightened out. And yes, if you do it yourself, it's free. Otherwise, we can do it for you for $60.
