I just reverted changes made to Pro skins, and it now looks like the old 2.2 skin :huh:
I'm using v2.3.1 (ID: 23004). Have I missed something ? How to get the pro skin back ?

I had the same problem. Basically uninstall and reinstall the pro skin. The skin and images files are in the resources folder (inside the uploads folder of the Invision download)

However, after being deleted/imported, the pro skin still appears with "altered" template bits.
So the problem will occur again, on next revert...

You cannot revert the skin as the ip.board pro skin is a custom skin
