LithiumFX
Firstly, I'm not sure where to post this, so I apologise if the topic is in the wrong place.I've forgotten my IPS Beyond password (my own fault), and, am unable to reset my password as my e-mail host's server rejects the incoming messages. Here's the appropriate e-mail log entries -Jun 16 20:00:14 darkweb sm-mta[81098]: STARTTLS=server, relay=ips-208-67-212-114.ipslink.com [208.67.212.114] (may be forged), version=TLSv1/SSLv3, verify=NO, cipher=DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA, bits=256/256Jun 16 20:00:35 darkweb sm-mta[81098]: l5GJ0D2D081098: ruleset=check_rcpt, arg1=<>address removed<>, relay=ips-208-67-212-114.ipslink.com [208.67.212.114] (may be forged), reject=553 5.1.8 <>address removed<>... Domain of sender address nobody@corp06.ipslink.com does not existThe server can receive e-mail from these forums (Invision Power Services) without issue, as seen in these log entries -Jun 16 20:25:41 darkweb sm-mta[87969]: STARTTLS=server, relay=corp05.ipslink.com [208.67.212.111], version=TLSv1/SSLv3, verify=NO, cipher=DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA, bits=256/256Jun 16 20:26:08 darkweb sm-mta[87969]: l5GJPeSa087969: from=<nobody@corp05.ipslink.com>, size=1878, class=0, nrcpts=1, msgid=<E1Hze3l-0007xh-Cd@corp05.ipslink.com>, proto=ESMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=corp05.ipslink.com [208.67.212.111]I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done to prevent this problem occurring in the future, but I'm guessing other mail servers will reject IPS Beyond e-mail in a similar way. The e-mail server runs FreeBSD 6.2 with Sendmail as the MTA. For Sendmail information -lithium@darkweb% sendmail -d0.1Version 8.13.8 Compiled with: DNSMAP LOG MAP_REGEX MATCHGECOS MILTER MIME7TO8 MIME8TO7 NAMED_BIND NETINET NETINET6 NETUNIX NEWDB NIS PIPELINING SASL SCANF STARTTLS TCPWRAPPERS USERDB XDEBUGAny ideas on how I can reset my IPS Beyond password (I'm guessing I need to e-mail somebody), and if there's any way IPS can prevent future messages bouncing, would be appreciated. Obviously, I'd change my IPS Beyond registered e-mail address, but I can't login. I'm not sure if changing the e-mail address via the IPS Client Centre would change the IPS Beyond address, but I wouldn't want to do this anyway. Also, the host won't budge on changing the e-mail server settings, or the e-mail filtration techniques used. I've tried resending the password reset e-mail - this appears to be a persistent problem.Again, sorry if this topic is in the wrong place/shouldn't be posted. LithiumFX
Submit a ticketI should have explained in my original post about why I haven't yet submitted a ticket. I wasn't sure this issue was something appropriate for a ticket, but, I've submitted one as per your post. Thanks for the reply.
