Limit login attempts

This may be in a later version (we're at v2.1.7), although I can't find anything specific. It would be nice to have an ACP setting that allowed one to set the max number of login attempts during a given time period. Actually, it would probably be two settings: number of attempts, time setting. I would think a reasonable default would be 5 tries in any 10 minute time span.

Our board is getting hammered with people trying to guess passwords and this would slow them down considerably.

In v2.2, there are two settings: "Lock user account after how many failed login attempts" and "Reset failed login attempts after how many minutes".
