Hi!

The password reset thing doesn't work (it doesn't send any mail) and my old password doesn't work (it sais it's wrong ?). What should I do? I really need to get in and upgrade the forums to the newest version, becouse I'm getting a lot of spam (still on 2.1.5).

Try using the "Forgotten your password?" link from the http://login.ipslink.com/ page to see if you can retrieve your password using that method.

I used to come across that issue, for some reason, the forgotten password would only email my gMail account, and not my web-host. You will have to PM Debbie with account information, usually email address, account name, address, website url, phone number. Thats about it though.

He could do that, but if he is having the same problem I had a while ago, no emails come through from IPS, so I had to PM Debbie in the end.
