Danali
Not sure if I'm posting this question in the right place, but I srsly need some help. Any suggestions would be more than appreciated. My free board has been hijacked twice this week. At the time of the hacking, I didn't have my admin cp opened. I have no idea what to do. It appears that the hijackers were able to get in and banned all members, including myself, the other admin and all mods, like the first time they did it.what should I do?Thanks in advance! .Timmy
My free board...If you didn't purchase IP.Board, you can't get help here... Because IP.Board is a commercial product, you must obtain a license in order to get support.Plus, this forum is only for IPS company feedback, not IP.Board support. Squiggles
Danali, if your board is a free one and on a free host, such as InvisionFree for example, check out their own company forums for advice. You should be able to get help there :)

Jonathan S.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for those customers who have not purchased a license through our company. I would suggest considering purchasing a license and upgrading to the latest version of our software as that is the best way to avoid having your board hacked. If you have any questions in regards to our licensing, please e-mail sales@invisionpower.com and someone will be more than happy to answer your questions. As this is not really feedback for our company or products I will close this topic.
